My first crack at time lapse photography, don’t judge too hard ;)
I really enjoy doing this and I think am going to start mapping out a story or a certain subject so I can produce something more meaningful in the future.

I was sorting through some old designs and totally forgot about this. This general idea would have been great as an album cover for a rock band, but after revisiting the idea, it’s a great marketing gimmick for anyone! It really makes you stop and look because it’s obviously wrong! I’m thinking of doing a a whole slue of these for my personal freelance marketing. This was created from a photo I took, then I added the always trusty Helvetica font for the copy.
At my current job, we were tasked to create some themed invitations to offer on our website as templates for our customers to purchase. I really liked this design and decided it would be a pretty neat addition to this site. The theme of this invitation is “Surprise Party.”
I came up with the copy and the design for this piece. I really like my use of typography here as well as the candle flame as the dot in the letter “i” in “birthday.” We have over 3000 invitations to design between 6 designers; long ways to go!
Here is a poster and t-shirt I designed while my brother was at my place staying the night. We are thinking of starting a clothing label based off the “ChileDog” character tentatively named “Rufio”. We got lots of shirt concepts rollin and included in this post is our first design. We’ll see what happens, all this is up in the air and decided on a whim.
Here is a poster I designed to brush up on my skills. Learned some new tricks while incorporating some old ones. The title of this poster is “The Answer.” This poster was completely made from media photographed and designed by myself.
Here are some tour posters I designed for Andy Frasco. I used a photo of Andy Frasco shot by Nathaniel Taylor, as well as my own media and photography for the textures and background. Thought this was pretty neat.
While I was going through all my photos picking out my favorites for my site, I found this set. This is a series of photos from my first promo shoot for a band. The lucky band to be my guinea pig was Stomacher… at the time was known as In Reverent Fear. Great band and a good bunch of guys. Check em out at www.stomachermusic.com.
I was thinking of ideas for my alias I am going to start working under named “Chile Dog”. I’m half Chilean and half Polish, I think the name is fitting. Chile Dog will be the representing name of my more edgy and artful designs as well as a home for my artistic/conceptual photography. “Chile Dog” will be a true representation of my creativity and my new personal blog. I have lots of a ideas in the pipe for some personal projects and I can’t wait to hit the ground running.
2 weekends ago I shot this model for both our practice. This is just one of the stunning images I took! I’ll post an update when my photography site is up so you can see the whole collection. Thanks to my good friend Lacy Greene for modeling for me.
I am in the process of designing a DVD package and Poster for a movie called “Living Stereo”. These are rough drafts and I will update this post with more information about the film and finalized designs as I get closer to completion. Your thoughts?
Here is my beautiful fiance filling in as a model for me (she’s my biggest supporter). I took these pictures because we drove by a beautifully lit gully and I couldn’t pass it up. I’m really stoked how these turned out!

Went to LA to visit some friends and brought a good musician friend of mine named Joe Munoz along for the drive. I took these pics on the roof top of an old live/workspace in Oakland that I used to live in. These were taken the last day I was there. I was lucky enough to grab a few shots of a 747 passing through. Gosh, I miss that place!
By the way, one of the pictures is supposed to be sideways, thought it was more interesting to look at it that way.
